Rtn. Wagaba Ddibya Isimael is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Maya and serves the club as the charter C.E.O. He is affiliated to the king Fisher buddy group where he is an active member.

Rtn Wagaba is a graduate of Nkumba University with a Bachelor of Laws LLB (hons) degree. He holds a post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies (Bar Course) of the Law Development Centre Kampala.

He is a practicing advocate with a wealth of 7 years of private legal practice working with M/s Kabuusu, Muhumuza & Co. Advocates where he heads commercial and civil litigation deparment.

Rtn Wagaba is a subscribing member of the Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society and a member of the International Bar Associations, a world umbrella of all legal practitioners globbally.

He previously served as the Director – Human resource and public relations officer at Muteesa II Royal College – Mawogola. As a politician, Rtn. Wagaba contested for the seat of Member of Parliament for Mawogola North Constituency in the 2021 general elections. With his courage to contribute towards the political organisation of this mighty country, Rtn Wagaba is aspiring to contest as Member of Parliament for Busiro East Constituencey, the host constituency of the home of Rotary Club Maya in the 2026 general elections.

Rtn. Wagaba was born in Bugaba Village of Ssembabule District to the family of Mzee Musa Wagaba and Mrs Nankanja sarah. He enjoys helping the needy.

Rtn. Wagaba is married and a loving father to Four daughters and One son.

He is a sportsman and loves playing football and draft.
