Rtn Olivia Twegonze is a human resource Officer with over 8 years of experience in human resource management and Administration. My professional experiences include strategic program management, Recruitment, policy Review, formulation and implementation, Ensuring Company Compensation and benefits remain competitive within the market, administrative Management, and employee relation management.

Currently Olivia serves as Procurement assistant at Kalangala Infrastructure services limited. Olivia’s duties include stores management and she’s responsible for managing software systems, Receipts and configuration of new Items.

She previously served as customer care officer and Human resource assistant for Kalangala infrastructure services Ltd.

Her expertise is in recruitment, training and development, employee benefits/ compensation, employee engagement, employee management, fleet management, coordinating staff welfare Her experience in management dates back to several organisations like the Uganda Assembly of God and the National environmental Protection Unit.

Olivia holds a Master of science in Human Resource management from Ndejje University, bachelor’s degree in social work and administration from St. Lawrence University, Diploma in social work and Administration from Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development and is currently pursuing CIPID and SHRM.
