Mr. James Bbaale is a highly qualified Chartered Insurer (Dip CII), with vast experience in property insurance. He possesses high level professional and technical competence in planning, organizing, and measuring outcomes of interventions. He is focused, self-motivated, disciplined, with experience in scheduling and motivating staff to achieve maximum efficiency.

With over 10 years of experience, James Bbaale has successfully worked with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks focused on Assessment, Investigation and Review of claims; Developing marketing and underwriting strategies, Records and Balance sheet Reconciliations, as well as Statutory & Regulatory reporting, among others.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Makerere University; a Diploma in Insurance, from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London; and a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) from the Insurance Training and Education Trust, Kenya. He also holds other short training courses; including; The Managers Development Programme, with Strathmore University Business School; and Data Analytics, from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.(India)

He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (CII) – 001635397d. Throughout his career, James Bbaale has been involved in a wide range of technical and research activities, including; Commercial Brokers/Agents/Claimants relations, financial management practices, disposal of salvage and management of subrogation claims, and effective negotiation of liability claims, among others.

James Bbaale has worked with reputable organizations such as Sanlam General Insurance Uganda Limited, and The East African Underwriters, with a wide network of professional insurance practitioners and organizations.

Outside professional work, Mr. James Bbaale is an educationist and entrepreneur and a founder of KING JAMES JUNIOR SCHOOL. He is a renowned philanthropist who has passion for transforming peoples’ lives for a better future. He believes in a peaceful, progressing and self- sustaining community with a healthy environment.

He is married and is a member of Rotary and currently serves as the President Elect of Rotary Club of Maya in Kyengera Town Council, Wakiso District.
